Shipping & Delivery Information

Our delivery time starts when an order is shipped from our warehouse. Need any further help? Please contact our customer support team via email or live chat. We have partnered with ARAMEX, DHL & FEDEX to ship our orders

 SHIPPING CHARGES & COMPANY
Shipping charges are calculated at check out according to the country location. We use Aramex, Fedex & DHL for all our deliveries of the products all over the world.
 TRACKING & SHIPPING TIME
Most of our READY TO SHIP orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of your purchase. However, CUSTOM ORDERS may take 7-10 working days. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your ORDER within 2-4 working days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you need your order urgently, contact us and ask for Express Shipping at an additional cost - this will ensure delivery within 72 hours. 
Shipping times may vary every now and then due to circumstantial issues, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. The order can however be delayed due to national holidays, weather, custom clearance, carrier delays, credit card authorisation.
Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an Email & WhatsApp with the tracking number and link from where you can track your order. You will give a detailed information about your order once it’s picked from our headquarter till it’s delivered to you. 
SHIPPING DETAILS
It’s important to provide accurate and detailed shipping information when placing your order. SPIINK is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information filled by customer at check out. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
