If you are not happy with your purchase from Spiink and would like to exchange or return the product, then you are eligible to do that within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com immediately. The email should have your order number, date of purchase, full name, date of delivery and reason of return. We will process your return as soon as we receive your email. We will however provide you with a store credit in return minus shipping charges and taxes if any. It may take up to 5 days to provide you with the store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 year from the date of approval. Please make sure that you provide the product in the same condition with tags. However we won’t be able to return/exchange earrings due to hygienic reasons. Also, the products sold in any kind of sale or promotion will not be able to be returned/ exchanged. Also any custom made product is not eligible for any exchange/return, but we will always do the required alterations.
Incase you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours of purchase. Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, mobile number, order number and reason of cancellation. However, we won’t be able to process any refund after 2 hours. To modify your order you can email us at email@example.com with your full name, mobile number and order number.
